RCM یکی از موثرترین راه حل‌ها برای کمک به تعیین مناسب‌ترین سیاست نگهداشت برای هر دارایی در بستر عملیاتی کنونی آن است و به شما این امکان را می‌دهد که به اهداف زیر دست یابید:

در فرایند پیاده سازی نت مبتنی بر قابلیت اطمینان RCM برای تعیین سیاست‌های نگهداشت بهینه، باید به پرسش‌های زیر پاسخ داده شود:

  • کارکردها و استانداردهای کارکردی مطلوب مرتبط با عملکرد دارایی در بستر عملیاتی فعلی آن کدام است؟ (از دارایی می‌خواهیم چه کاری را در چه سطحی از عملکرد برایمان انجام دهد؟)
  • خرابی‌های کارکردی دارایی کدام هستند؟ (وضعیت‌هایی که دارایی قادر به برآورده ساختن انتظارات ما نیست، کدام است؟)
  • علل هر یک خرابی کارکردی چیست؟ (چگونه یک علت خرابی به هر یک از این وضعیت‌های خرابی منجر می‌شوند؟)
  • آثار این حالت‌های خرابی چیست؟ (چه اتفاقاتی منجر به بروز خرابی می‌شود و در هنگام بروز هر حالت خرابی دقیقا چه اتفاقی رخ می‌دهد؟)
  • این حالت‌های خرابی از چه لحاظ اهمیت دارند؟ (آیا این حالت خرابی پنهان است؟ آیا پیامدهای ایمنی، زیست محیطی، عملیاتی یا پیامدهای دیگری دارد که باید آن‌ها را به حداقل رسانده یا حذف کنیم؟)
  • برای کمینه سازی یا حذف این پیامدها چه اقدامات پیش‌کنشی می‌توانیم انجام دهیم و آیا این اقدامات ارزش آن را دارند؟ (آیا اقدامات نگهداشت اقتضایی و یا فعالیت‌های پیشگیرانه‌‌ای با فواصل زمانی ثابت وجود دارد که بتوان با استفاده از آن‌ها ریسک‌های مالی و سایر ریسک‌ها را تا سطحی پذیرفته کاهش می‌دهند و از نظر اقتصادی نیز به‌صرفه باشند؟)
  • اگر قادر به انجام هیچ‌گونه اقدام پیش‌کنشی نباشیم، چه اقدام دیگری می‌توانیم انجام دهیم؟ (آیا می‌توانیم پیامدهای خرابی را بپذیریم، یا می‌توانیم تغییراتی در فرایندها و یا حتی طراحی تجهیز انجام دهیم که موجب حذف خرابی یا دستکم تحمل پذیری آن شود؟)

درک نتایج

تجزیه و تحلیل دقیق یک شرکت متوسط صنعتی، نشان‌می‌دهد که تقریبا سه تا ده هزار حالت خرابی در تجهیزات قابل شناسایی است. هر یک از این خرابی‌ها به نوعی در سازمان تأثیر می­‌گذارند ولی اثرات آن‌ها متفاوت است. هر یک از این حالت‌های خرابی‌ ممکن است عملیات تولید را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند یا بر کیفیت محصول، خدمات به مشتری، ایمنی یا محیط زیست تأثیرگذار باشند و البته برای رفع همه آن‌ها به وقت و هزینه نیاز است. معمولاً این عواقب به قدری تاثیرگذار هستند که ما همه تلاش خود را برای پیشگیری از رخداد هر خرابی می‌کنیم. به بیان دیگر، اگر وقوع یک خرابی عواقب جدی داشته باشد، برای جلوگیری از بروز آن تلاش خواهیم کرد، و اگر تآثیر کمی داشته باشد یا بدون تآثیر باشد، ممکن است تشخیص دهیم که نیاز به انجام هیچ‌گونه فعالیتی فراتر از کارهای معمول مانند تمیزکاری و روانکاری وجود ندارد.

مزایای نت مبتنی بر قابلیت اطمینان RCM

یکی از بزرگترین نقاط قوت نت مبتنی بر قابلیت اطمینان (RCM) این است که به جای مکانیسم و نحوه وقوع خرابی‌ها، بر روی عواقب خرابی‌ها تمرکز دارد. در حقیقت RCM بر این نکته تأکید دارد که تنها دلیل انجام هرگونه فعالیت تعمیراتی، جلوگیری از بروز خرابی و یا در صورت عدم امکان، کاهش عواقب خرابی است.

فرایند RCM پیامدهای خرابی را به چهار گروه تقسیم می‌کند:

  • پیامدهای خرابی پنهان: خرابی‌های پنهان در شرایط عادی کارکرد، خود را نشان نمی‌دهند و تنها در شرایطی آشکار می‌شوند که خرابی (یا خرابی‌های) مستقل دیگری رخ دهند. این خرابی‌ها سازمان را در معرض خرابی‌های چندگانه با عواقب جدی و اغلب فاجعه بار قرار می‌دهد.
  • پیامدهای ایمنی و زیست‌محیطی: اگر خرابی به کسی آسیب برساند یا کسی را بکشد، دارای تبعات ایمنی است و اگر منجر به نقض هرگونه استاندارد زیست‌محیطی شود پیامدهای زیست‌محیطی دارد.
  • پیامدهای عملیاتی: اگر خرابی بر تولید (نرخ خروجی، کیفیت محصول، خدمات مشتری، و…) تأثیر بگذارد دارای تبعات عملیاتی است.
  • پیامدهای غیرعملیاتی: خرابی‌هایی که در این دسته جای می‌گیرند بر روی ایمنی، محیط زیست یا تولید تاثیری ندارند و فقط هزینه‌های مستقیم تعمیر را به سازمان تحمیل می‌کنند.

فرایند نت مبتنی بر قابلیت اطمینان (RCM) از این دسته‌بندی به عنوان پایه و اساس یک چارچوب استراتژیک برای تصمیم‌گیری در مورد سیاست نگهداشت استفاده می‌کند.

مدیریت خرابی

بر اساس منطق فرایند RCM، این فکر که “همه خرابی‌ها بد هستند و باید پیشگیری شوند” را نقض می‌کند. منطق RCM توجه‌ها را به سمت فعالیت‌هایی متمرکز می‌کند که (از طریق افزایش سودآوری استفاده از تجهیزات) بیشترین تأثیر را بر عملکرد سازمان دارند. همچنین این روش ما را ترغیب می‌کند تا به جای آن‌که تنها بر پیشگیری از خرابی تمرکز کنیم، به‌طور گسترده‌تری در مورد راه‌های گوناگون مدیریت خرابی فکر کنیم.

تکنیک‌های مدیریت خرابی به دو دسته کلی تقسیم می‌شود:

  • فعالیت‌های پیش‌اقدام: فعالیت‌هایی را شامل می‌شوند که قبل از وقوع شکست انجام می‌گردند تا از بروز خرابی جلوگیری نمایند. این فعالیت‌ها شامل آن چیزی است که به طور سنتی نگهداشت پیشگویانه و نگهداشت پیشگیرانه نامیده می‌شوند (هرچند RCM از عبارات‌هایی مانند بازسازی زمان‌بندی شده، از رده خارج نمودن زمان‌بندی شده و نگهداشت اقتضایی استفاده می‌کند).

اگر این مراحل به درستی انجام شوند دستیابی به نتایج مورد انتظار از نت مبتنی بر قابلیت اطمینان (RCM) دور از ذهن نخواهد بود.

اتخاذ رویکرد پیش‌کنشی برای مدیریت دارایی‌‌ها، به معنای مدیریت خرابی‌ها پیش از بروز آن‌هاست. با پیش‌بینی این که احتمالاً در زمان خرابی چه اتفاقاتی رخ خواهد داد و تصمیم‌گیری درباره این که چه کاری در مواجهه با آن باید انجام شود، می‌توانید پیامدهای خرابی را کاهش داده یا رفع کنید. مزیت این کار آن است که می‌توان از توقف‌های عمده کسب‌وکار که از خرابی تجهیزات ناشی می‌شوند اجتناب کرد. شرکت‌های پیشگام، تا جایی که می‌توانند می‌کوشند با پیش‌بینی مشکلات و پیشگیری از آن‌ها، هزینه‌ها و ریسک‌های مربوط به تجهیزات پراولویت خود را کاهش دهند و برای دستیابی به این هدف از رویکردهای نوین مرتبط با مدیریت دارایی‌ های فیزیکی استفاده می‌کنند.

به همین منظور استفاده از RCM به عنوان مناسب‌ترین رویکرد پیش‌بینی برای ایجاد و بهبود برنامه‌های نگهداشت، امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. رویکردی که قابلیت اطمینان بالای را با هزینه‌ای مقرون به صرفه فراهم می‌کند و می‌تواند عملکرد سازمان را از خوب به عالی ارتقا دهد.
